Burns Night

With Tenneesee Whiskey? How dare I? Well I'm not sure you can fault me for the pub's choice of candle holder, but to make up for it the blurry fella in the background is my friend Iain, an authentic Scots-Canadian (well, more Canadian-Scot, but last night definitely Scottish!)

The usual mayhem of the pub night didn't really occur last night - everyone still seems in a bit of a post-Christmas slumber and by 10pm most of us departed - in my case straight back home to sleep! I'm sure the usual chaos of meeting up with the NaNo bunch will resume soon, we'll see what insanity I can capture then :-D
