Learning to fly

Today seemed to be the day the ants took there flying lessons. I'm not sure if it's true or not but I remember someone telling me once that ants only have working wings for one day.

If it's true then today was that day in Queensferry. There were hundreds, if not thousands, of them. It was quite amusing watching them as the bulk of them took several minutes before their wings were either strong enough or dry enough to fly properly. They kept making it a centimetre or two before having fairly ungraceful landings.

It's a shame it's not a music related session for me as it would fit perfectly with this.
