End of my first week

Summer has stepped up a gear to celebrate the end of my first week with the temperatures heading into the 30s.

Its always an interesting experience integrating yourself into a new company, trying to assert yourself within the new workspace without stepping on too many toes and trying to discover how the company functions politically.
