The church tower from my garden is a huge building, it towers over everyone & is certainly a prominent landmark. But it was dwarfed today by the cumulus clouds of earlier. The weather has been wild, wet & windy - huge hailstones mainly. Photography weather it isn't - as ever! I had my 70-300mm lens attached, my least favourite of my collection, but I thought I'd try it out for once, see how I fair... ok for closer landscape shots, totally rubbish for wildlife shots & telephoto lens were *made* for wildlife shots! I would love the expensive version of this lens... need to come into a bit of money first I fear!

Maybe this one will help with that? Could he in fact change my life?? I feel a book in the wings, prints...?
