Fresh Tracks

Had the most amazing time on skiing tracks today. Pace seems very relaxed, but I'm confident I'll be able to speed up a little during the days to come.

Matti, 70, and Sandra, 10, were on the tracks, too. Matti told me they had done more than 800 km last winter together and might be able to match that this year. I was going as fast as I could but still Sandra dragged Matti past me effortlessly. Luckily she went out of breath and they stopped. And I had the privilege of taking their photograph.
