Parking in the nation's capital...

"uh...??" yep, that was about my reaction when I spotted this during a quick walk-about during lunch time today! No signs of any kind indicating that this was perhaps some rogue piece of art. Oh well...

Washington DC, on occasion, strikes me as a developing country: corrupt city government, constantly embroiled in shennanigans; outdated infrastructure ("and another watermain break disturbs traffic") -- you can feel the difference in the road covering as soon as you leave the DC borders; failing schools; ghetto neighborhoods, etc. Strange, isn't it, for the world's 'most powerful' country... :)
