Sun blessed

I heard today the sun blessed the sky,
But I could not see it low or high,
Was it hiding from me alone?
Or were others yet to be shown?
At last I saw a break in the cloud,
Maybe a glimpse I'll be allowed,
Just then the rays fell across my face,
I was surrounded with a warm embrace.

I thought I'd try my hand at poetry today in the spirit of Burns!

I found this old crate and liked the words that were on it so decided it would be todays blip. I later found out that Sunblest is a brand of bread! Not really sure if my idea makes any sense anymore but what the hay I'm sticking with it ;)
