The cheiftan
I could never be a vegetarian. Not for the want of venison, lamb or roast beef. But for the deep and lasting love of haggis.
I try to restrict my consumption for fear I turn in to one, but there is simply no other meal for Burns night. Haggis neaps and tatties with a wee dram thrown in for good measure.
I might 'tick the Irish box' but this makes me damn proud to be Scottish!
