Atlantic Quay is all glass and steel, rented plants and 24 hour security.

Up the road, Baltic Chambers is a bit more old school. Red sandstone and wood, community workers and a coffee shop named for Wellington and an ironic city icon.

Baltic today, so thought this was a good time to blip it.
