Scorn?

This is Tigger. He belongs to our neighbour but has spent the last 12 years making himself at home in our garden/conservatory. He's a lovely old thing and we're all very fond of him, the only trouble is that he doesn't like Boden. When the puppy first came to live with us, my daughter took him out with her friend, next door's daughter and she went across with the puppy in her arms to wait outside. Unfortunately, the friend's mum took the puppy for a cuddle and then decided to introduce it to the cat whilst it sat in it's own home in it's own basket. Of course, the cat wasn't best pleased and consequently pierced poor Boden's ear. After that particular trauma we've kept the cat away. Today we decided to give it one more try in a more controlled way but although the puppy was willing to let bygones be bygones, the cat had other ideas and hissed and growled. I'm afraid that he will definitely have to stay away now. This picture sums up Tigger's attitude I think!
