Saturday's Guardian recipe

Rebecca made this amazing Lamb Shank dish from a recipe in Saturday's Guardian. Bit of an adventure tracking down lamb shanks in the supermarkets on the King's Road, ended up at a butchers (open on Sunday) in Fulham. No cheap, but really fab!
