because it is worth it (in the end!)

This sweet little parcel arrived in the post this afternoon and as I sat on the stairs unwrapping it I got the inspiration for this shot.

Sometimes it is the little rewards that help me to climb up the sometimes steep stairs towards recovery.

For me, this represents my quest for a life more ordinary, one not filled with all the drama of the past 12 months.
