Ode to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport

Yes, I think the fact that Amsterdam's aiport has the so-called "Fair Taste Cafe" justifies it to dedicate a blog entry to that, since this place only sells Fairtrade, organic and regional products. Why don't all airports have places like that? The usual variety of McDonald's, Burger King and Starbucks is really not all that exciting, and I won't go into detail about the many reasons to dislike them..

My flight was long (12h!) but superpleasant, and the transfer from the airport was also very easy and not stressfull.

And what was really nice was that when I got to my couchsurfer's place we had Tequila and beer on her lovely terasse with some of her friends and there were FIREWORKS :-)
