The calm before ...

and yes there were tears before bedtime!

We've been in charge this afternoon and Bobby doesn't know us quite as well as his brother did at this age. So it wasn't easy when he woke up and found that his mum wasn't there but he calmed down when Jimmy arrived back from school. It's good to have an older brother who will give you a cuddle when you're feeling miserable.

We're back home now, having driven through some mist. Amazingly it was clear as a bell here when we drove down the hill, yet less than two miles away was a different story.

Bed for me now. Goodnight All. I might get to comment in the morning but I have a busy day tomorrow and I'll probably need to do some early morning preparation.
