Famine Relief...

it seems that, at this time of year, we are bombarded with images of starving waifs from all over the world, coupled with heartfelt pleas for immediate aid.

So when an officer formerly of this parish, David77, made his subliminal appeal, I cancelled all my standing orders and direct debits supporting balding lemurs and dyspetic Andean donkeys, posted back the Tralfamadorian orphan that barely survived the previous air-freight fiasco....

..and bought the boy a heap of chocolate.

I will post it tomorrow, and at last my middle-class first-world concience will be clear.
