The light on Scotland
Had a lovely day; went up to the quintessentially Andalusian mountain village of Gaucin to help my friend Victoria pack her canvasses, so they're ready to ship to London for her new exhibition in March.
This time Victoria has gone back to her roots and created a fantastic series of paintings of Scottish scenes - here's one on her studio wall before it was bubble-wrapped and cased!
The drive home was wonderful; they call Gaucin the 'balcon of the Serrania' - the balcony of the mountains as it offers views right down across he rolling, forested countryside, to the coast, Gibraltar and beyond to Africa.
