I love the curviness and the eye-ness of this. It's at the bottom of the handrail on the staircase in my workplace which separates my little nest of industry (ie my office) with the upstairs bit where my think-and-do colleagues work their magic on the world of social enterprise.

I'm sure I've mentioned this before but our premises are above a Chinese grocery store which many years ago was a pub called the Shrub House. Our offices were the living quarters of pub staff.

My husband learned the dark arts of under-age drinking there and fellow Blipper Blakeney learned the dark arts of serving beer. Again, whilst under age.

Thank you all so much for all the lovely comments on my 365th. I'll say it again: I felt like I had been licked by a litter of puppies!
