What is missing??

Today Mother and I baked. I decided that I needed to redeem myself. The last cinnamon rolls I made were absolute bricks. So, today I made cinnamon rolls from my bread dough and did NOT bake them too long. The only problem, pointed out by my husband, was that I had forgotten the cinnamon! Oh, well, at least they weren't bricks!!!
