alec issigonis probably drew this on the back of a cigarette packet or a dinner cloth, and in 1959 it was put into production along with the rest of the austin mini, or seven as it was then known.
today was a pretty dull day at work consisting of fixing the cars the other pair managed to break over the weekend. prepping any cars that have sold, and fixing the new ones that have come in. hopefully something interesting will happen later in the week, so i can take a picture of it!
