So yesterday I felt absolutely rubbish all day. I put off going to see one friend because of this cold, but decided to go and see another group of friends in the evening - one of them has a cold too so we had our own little 'infectious' area. We watched 2 films - 'Friends with Benefits' and 'Wolf Creek'.

My dad made this cheesecake for sunday dinner dessert (which i unfortunately missed), and ate my piece today (23rd jan). Probably the best cheesecake I've ever had, and probably a new favourite dessert - it was lemon cheesecake with a ginger nut base. However, he didn't work to a recipe, so he'd better have remembered how to make it again!
