A Treat

Those of you who have read previous 'blips' will know that I attend Weight Watchers, after gaining a couple of pounds over the Chrimbo period today I am back on track.

I completed a nine mile run and then went to the meeting, once told of the loss and awarded my fifth 'Silver Seven' I sat throughout the remainder of the meeting saliviating at the thought of my six pack of Brains Faggots that I haf placed in the freezer for such an occasion, not to everybody's taste but I love them.

So very shortly I shall have them, safe in the knowledge that I will remain inside my daily points allowance.
