A spontaneous lunch and quick blip walk with Travellersjoy found us at the cemetery just up the road. There was plenty of big blue patches in the sky - very helpful to amatuer photographers like me!
This lichen caught my eye, I like the way it's developed in an Celtic like pattern.
The writing was quite faded in places, but I could make out that Minnie was a beloved wife, good for you Minnie. She certainly has one of the most amazingly scenic views in West Cork.
I think you have to get name down early to secure a plot!
