Bliss

We were all home today and decided to head out to Big Bay on the way to the Manukau heads for some fun family time. My husband has lived here for years and says that the 2nd habour of Auckland is just beautiful and very under rated. I still find it weird to see sky tower and the busy city miles away when I'm sitting on this beach.

Big bay is absolutely amazing and peaceful. I can't believe that we had this beach to ourselves for most of the day. My munchkins climbed trees, went out in the kayak and explored rock pools, screaming as they found crabs under the rocks or in the littliest case shrimps, that jumped from her hands. I truely think that I'm at my happiest when I'm exploring nature with my family. Who needs money to have a good time.
