Fortes Fish Knife

This is my favourite piece of jewellery.
I bought it for myself when I was 17 on my first trip to Kensington Market - High Street Ken, I still wear it frequently.

As you can see it is a silver plated fish knife formed into a bracelet.
Engraved inside is the name Fortes.

Charles Forte opened his first business The Strand Milk Bar in 1935, he went on to own the Cafe Royal, London. Baron Charles Forte opened the first catering facility at Heathrow Airport and the first Motorway Service Station at Newport Pagnell on the M1 in 1959.

I wonder from which establishment this was acquired and who may have used it to eat their fish and chips.
