Plumber required!

It's true our "scullery" is still a work in progress but I wasn't prepared when the cold water tap flew off and water gushed out and flooded it - and the boiler/store room and wee loo!

The room was little more than an outhouse a year ago, the sink found abandoned in the garden and the taps recycled from the 1940's bath.
