no fox o'clock today.

This little blueberry bush may look a little tragic but i was delighted to see buds on it today when I was down the allotment. A friend gave it to me. It has not grown much but it has survived a few traumas and some serious neglect and the buds show it still holds potential. I resolve to find out what nutrients it need and feed it well this year.
I don't really see the friend anymore, but like many absent friends in my life I think about them often and hope they all too get the nutrients they need in 2012.
Oh sentiment.
I am resolved that this will be the year of consistency in the garden. Step by step, bit by bit, weed by weed. Slow and steady. Don't panic.
