Eggs Benedict
About once a month or so I make Eggs Benedict for breakfast, and today was that day! It takes about five times longer to make them than to eat them, but the whole experience is worth waiting for, although the hollandaise sauce was a bit on the thin side today - maybe next month it will be perfect. Maybe!
I spent most of the rest of this windy day sorting out my photos from my trip last week to the Czech Republic and put them here on my web site.
