What on earth is that?

Please excuse this tacky blip. I use it to highlight the problem of worsening eyesight. This morning I went to a vide grenier (loft clearance) in the village. I took the photo because I wondered if Dr Fart was an anti-flatulance powder which the French had decided to give an English name - as sometimes happens here. Only when I looked at the full photo when I got home did I see the accompanying keyring. Oh dear.
