Aquamarine/Nanna K's Day

American Robin

Our American Robins are different from the red-faced ones from Europe I've been seeing on blip lately. This tree on our street is a very popular spot for them to gather - the snow is off the branches now but you can still see it in the background -chunks of ice still around. Had to dodge them on our walk today, but at least we could walk! The sun came out later and it felt almost balmy, altho very windy.

Went to the second of three art history lectures about "paradise" at the Frye Art Museum - "Modern Utopias" - it was excellent. Lots of people out and about today!

Then Tatum and Fiona came over so their parents could go to a non-kid friendly movie after being cooped up all week with the snow and ice and no school and sick kids. (The girls are better now thank goodness.) After, we had to sit quietly and watch a movie, The Help, which I thot was better than the book.
