Quiche
Today I decided to make salmon-spinach quiche for the first time.
It was a success but, I won't recommend using the fillo dough for the base.. ;) I thought of trying using the fillo dough since I've it at home for quite awhile. I reckon if I bake the dough for a short time, it would make a big difference and trim it so, it would look neat..
I could buy the Pillsbury pie crust but, when I look at the ingredients: it contains Lard which, surprised me indeed!! As I don't eat lard or any of it's derivitive, I didn't buy the pie crust.. I guess in the future, I'll make my own pie crust..
Nevertheless, this was a delicious quiche..
