What a day. Opticians, coffee shops and a win at the Dragons. Even got a mention on Real Radio from Dave Brooks as I kept him updated with the scores which he passed it on to the nation.

Now sat at home in the dark feeling very sorry for myself. I suppose with all highs there are big lows.
