Dedicated Sniffers!

We got a big snow fall during the night, about 5-6" of that heavy sticky stuff, which made for a very lovely, but somewhat hard going, walk earlier on! The heavy snow does create such beautiful images....but the light just wasn't very good, it was very flat!

But these 2, Zoe on the left and Sherlock on the right, had me laughing out loud as they very energetically tried to sniff out whatever had their attention. I'm amazed at how deeply they bury their noises - i did see some bunny tracks not far from where they were exploring!

Still doing lots of research on Cuba, and to that end, we watched a wonderful DVD last night! Havana Spirits! it was a Canadian NFB movie made by 2 great musicians, can't remember their names right now, but man am i getting excited!
