Saturday = Step class

Saturday is Step class...well so is Monday and Thursday. But on Saturdays I have to drag myself out of bed to get there - so it always seems more of a chore...and as it's followed by a Gregg's sausage roll treat, and then Saturday night curry and copious amounts of wine - it's all downhill from there...
