Party Wars

Today was Lauren's 21st.

Poor thing, being 7 1/2 months pregnant, she couldn't drink so was sober whilst most others were 'merry'. Worse yet the all female 60th party on the next table were louder than a Jumbo at take-off (not to mention the language)! How ironic that a young 'uns party was spoiled by more mature types. Words were had with both the 'girls' and management. Strangely the propriety said there was nothing he could do?! That said the food was great and she still had a brilliant day over all.

We cut and run after the main course and most ended up back at ours for cake and drinks.

EdieBeth had prepared a sideshow of Lauren through the years, in iPhoto and this was streamed, via Apple TV, to the big screen as a backdrop to the festivities.
