Light and dark

After a day shopping and helping out my folks I persuaded myself to get out in the fresh air later in the afternoon. It was windy and cold, but I feel better for it and it must have done me some good and got the muscles moving. Tempting now to have a quiet night in this evening as it's so cold out there.

The light was going down when I took this blip this afternoon but liked the way the clouds were starting to turn.
