Poached

We bought these... "things" when we were last back in the UK, as I'm not the best egg poacher in the world, but I do love a poached egg! So I tried them out for the first time today, and they did the job better than I normally would, although the finished product did make Mark chuckle throughout his lunch. Apparently you can do all sorts of things with them, as they are oven proof too - but all I can think of is making chocolate fondants, and they are definitely not in my diet plan.
