Ming's World

Practically overnight Ming has developed a rather large lump on her belly. It is not painful to the touch and could possibly be something benign which would be the best of circumstances. I am not holding my breath since she has been a challenge to balance for years. All my cats have auto-immune issues and I know that their lives are about a delicate balance.

A situation like this one reminds us every day to live in joy and live in the moment. Most of the people I talk with on a daily basis in my work live in the past or the future. Animals remind us to stay focused on what is and what is now.

So NO sadness or projection or fear - it is a lump that exists now and so does our love and joy. Love and joy sometimes take a few lumps along the way. It just is.
