I obviously wasn't enthusiastic enough when Andy showed me his Lego model.

"Hah. Bet you don't even know what it is," he grumped.

"Course I do," I replied. "it's a totem pole, isn't it."

My confident guess took him by surprise. "Yes," he said. "You're right, it is a totem pole."

At this point, George looked up and asked "a toad in the hole?"
