Sand.

So... what happened today? nothing great. i slept in till midday. drank large amounts of tea, and went for a walk with my camera down to the water
the photo above is my shadow on sand. i've changed the contrast a fair bit in photoshop and given it a split tone look.

I also went to a local café that i think is fairly new and talked to them about getting some of my photos in there on the walls. i go back in there on monday with my portfolio.
