Brighton beach - Kiwi style

Went to the cinema this afternoon to watch 'Tinker, tailor'- fantastic British style thriller with stellar cast. Then went on to Brighton to look at the sandcastle competition. This shot is of a fairytale castle (with dragon arriving) against the backdrop of the pier. Fantastic.

Dinner with friends this evening at a Vietnamese place in Kaiapoi and home in time for a murder mystery. What more could a birthday girl want?
