This is the border between Scotland and England just north if Berwick upon Tweed. If Scotland were to become independent, might the burger vans be cleared away to allow the construction of passport control? Long queues of folk travelling north to pick up their free prescriptions maybe? Or to visit elderly relatives benefiting from their free personal care? If taxation rates were changed, would their be long lines if 'petrol tourists' waiting to cross I wonder?
