Day 20 challenge 'bokeh'

Before I started this challenge I had never even heard of bokeh. After a quick look on the internet I think I have a bit of an idea of what it is. Next problem is how to do it. Have gone through every programme on my camera and nothing I do blurs the background enough (as in the example) This is the best I can come up with and hope it qualifies as bokeh. if not someone please tell me.
