Beak in the Trough

I installed this bird feeder on my balcony just after Christmas. As expected, it took a while to attract any custom, but I seem to have a few regulars now, and I had to refill it yesterday.

I'm a novice at bird identification, but I think this is a blue tit. Happy to accept corrections in the comments.
