It pays to complain

I've got this wonderful gadget called a Carlsberg Draughtmaster. Proper chilled pints at home from small 5Litre kegs - the dogs danglies.

I used to get refills at Tesco but they've stopped selling anything that doesn't make them shedloads of money - to **** with customer service.

Anyway, Carlsberg have their own site which also had none available so I emailed them to complain that I had what was basically a useless gadget.

Lo and behold a nice £10 voucher arrived in the post with humble apologies.

Still no bloody kegs available though!
