Not a new one

Just one that needs refreshed.

My mum's laptop is playing up - crashing and stopping at random. She thinks it needs put back to factory settings - which is actually a good idea every now and again (once you've backed up your data of course). I did the restore and it's definitely faster than before but it still crashed.

I'm pretty sure it's overheating so I used the vacuum cleaner to sook out all the dust from inside and it seems to be OK now. Just need to remember to take it back now!
