Elephant grass

Went into Woodstock tonight to practice taking pictures in difficult lighting conditions. I nearly chose some well lit cyclamens outside The Feathers hotel which showed off my new depth of field skills but actually I like this which I took of the grasses blowing in a light breeze in some light from a house behind. I like the fact they look so otherworldly and the blurring.

Gave Kateann a photo lesson at lunchtime which helps cement my knowledge and was an oasis in another very busy day.
