One carnation

Wandering round Sainsbury's yesterday, my eye fell on some wholemeal hot cross buns. Bingo! I can't tolerate white breads, but wholemeal ... mmmmm. Which is why I was up until two o'clock this morning with violent indigestion. I had planned a self-portrait for today for a project I'm working on, but I didn't want to frighten the horses, so here's a pretty carnation instead.
