All lit up

And no place to go!

Managed to leave work on time (miracle) and a few of us popped out for a swift drink before heading home. As we walked past the council house it was lit up like a Xmas tree.

The common consensus was that they were filming inside and the long dark days needed an extra hand - unfortunately no famous people loitering around to give us a clue as to what it was actually for.
