Swan Rise

Morning at Seafield Pond, West Barns. I wakened up with just enough time to nip down to catch the sunrise and with a meeting to make in Edinburgh, the pond was far enough. As the wigeon moved away, the swans came over for a mooch. Maybe I'll bring some snacks next time.

Then off to Edinburgh, but a broken down train just outside the station meant that we had no idea when our train could get through. So, sprint to the bus stop and made it to town not too late.

This evening it's tipping it down and the little ones are here for the weekend, the older lads are sleeping over at a pal's. I think a lazy day tomorrow and shoot off on Sunday to Edinburgh for a film and then eat at Wagamama. They're all mad on noodles and sushi so that should be great.
