According to the plate on the bench Jamie was only 24 when he died in 2009.

While I was taking this picture a couple who was walking their dogs came by and we were wondering what had happened back in 2009 and why his friends or family prefer this bench to his grave to bring flowers. Maybe this was the place in Inverleith Park he liked best.
